Kung Fu is a beautiful style that was developed by the Ancient Monks of the Shaolin Temple in Central China predominantly to keep them healthy, fit and alive, some almost 1500 years ago. It all started as Yoga Stretching, Breathing and Health exercises, but then had to developed into a Martial Art, when the monks realized that they also need to provide for their own safety. But Buddhist Monks should not be aggressive, violent or do not hurt any living being. Thus they developed a style based on Defence, Evasion, Skill, Situation-Management and Strategy to deal with brut force, violent natures, aggression, intimidation and bullies.
