More than Self Defense, do you need to improve on fitness and mental clarity, focus more well after four trial lessons I am sure you will be convinced that the many benefits will be obvious. Join like minded students and instructors on a journey that truly connects the mind, body and spirit.

It is world away from stresses that build up during the day, unwind, and recognise an improved sense of well being.

CHILDRENS SELF DEFENCE
Karate instruction is not fear based, but serious fun, empowering young children to recognise what they can do in life rather than focus on what they cannot do. Regular skills practice of simple but effective self defense moves empower and assist our children to make positive choices in life.

My program has been taught in many schools in South Australia and as a part of the Active After Hours, within the Australian Sports Commission framework, encourages and promotes many LifeSkills sometimes lacking today.

Children training at our school will be helped to develop their confidence, improved self esteem and trust, to enable them to accept the challenges of today and of the future.
Being active and promoting a healthy life style is our goal for our students possible your children.
