We have classes for kids (10yrs up), teens and adults from beginner to advanced black belt level as well as small group training. We run the Red Stripe Learning program for beginner kids (10-13 yrs), the only one of its kind in the Nowra, Shoalhaven or South Coast region. Our classes include high intensity exercise, simple to complex karate drill techniques, kata and kata applications, self defense, weaponry, fitness and sport karate training. Our members love it.

Your Senior Black Belt Instructor has over 28 years of karate experience and over 21 years karate teaching experience, is a fully qualified Karate Coach with the Australian Sports Commission and is working with children endorsed. We are a registered club of Shotokan Karate International Australia (not for profit Association) and are directly affiliated with Shotokan Karate International Federation founded by Hirokazu Kanazawa Soke (10th Dan Black Belt and previous student of Master Gichin Funakoshi - regarded as the 'Father of Modern Karate').

Our Instructors train and grade regularly under Japanese and Australian senior Dan grade masters including some of the world's most highly respected karate masters such as Kanazawa Kancho, Murakami Shihan, all the the Honbu Dojo instructors and many other highly respected senior black belt karate instructors from Australia and around the world. Our members also compete and attend training seminars throughout the year and our senior instructor regularly visits Japan to train under Japanese masters and learn from many of the world's best karate teachers.
