ITF Taekwon-Do training not only offers you a practical and effective self-defence, but also rewards students with excellent fitness levels, increased strength, co-ordination, and flexibility. Taekwon-Do can also improve your body tone and help you achieve your weight loss targets.

Our classes are high energy with goal focused exercise. Our training methods help both adults and children achieve many positive benefits, with children especially gaining confidence, improved social skills and a greater level of self-control.

We offer a safe, friendly and supportive environment to learn this practical and highly effective martial art. Our Instructors are working with children checked and first aid certified. We hold weekly adult & children's classes and beginners are very welcome.
