I am an accredited Social Worker offering counselling, strategic psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. I offer a holistic approach that sets me apart. Graduating from UNSW in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in social work and a diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic psychotherapy later in my career, I bring years of experience supporting individuals within the SWSLHD hospital system. Continuing in this field, I cherish the opportunity to integrate these skills and experiences into my private practice, addressing both your emotional and practical needs.

Having personally battled the cycle of anxious thinking for years, I experienced significant relief through this therapy method, which fueled my determination to understand its application and help others in similar situations. I recognize the uniqueness of each individual's journey and the beauty of tailoring therapy accordingly. There are no scripted sessions; instead, I draw upon your personal experiences to guide our approach.

As an accredited social worker, therapy is also offered for patients who are supported through NDIS (plan managed and self-managed) with or without hypnotherapy.

It is my experience that my patients see a change on average between 4-8 sessions.
