We provide qualified instructors to teach children and adults the art of Taekwon-Do.
You don't need any previous experience, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Taekwon-Do is a self defence martial art that aligns the body and mind.
You will learn the 3C's - Confidence, Control and Coordination in a supportive class environment allowing you to learn at your own pace. Meet new friends, develop new skills, keep fit and focused. Great discounts are available for families, it is something the whole family can enjoy and do together.

We also offer Special Needs classes for those with physical or learning disabilities.
It is an opportunity to gain confidence, be assertive, learn balance and coordination. This class can be modified to suit the needs of the student. Our instructors focus on the needs of the individual and teach accordingly. This can assist in promoting learning and development among people with Autism, Special Needs and Neurotypical Development.

There are endless benefits of Taekwon-Do, Fine and Gross motor skills, great full body proprioception, Vestibular input with an emphasis on balance, bilateral coordination and midline crossing, improved muscle memory and focus, core strength, breathing and relaxation techneques, and gentle stretching which can help to reduce tightness and muscle spasticity.
