To teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with responsibility and passion under a friendly, fun, respectful and healthy atmosphere, preparing our students for adverse situations and provide them with the right tools to deal with those situations in the best possible way.
In addition, we also want to support the athlete who wants to compete on a higher level and assist him/her in creating their pathway to becoming a successful fighter.

We are proud to have many talented fighters who have put on
great performances in past competitions around Queensland.

The Lotus Club is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu dojo committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive. We pride ourselves in the welcoming atmosphere of our dojo, believing that anyone can succeed in the company of friends and like-minded people. Our doors are open for anyone interested in learning about BJJ, regardless of your age, size, gender, or creed.

Our establishment stands upon the values of mindfulness, fitness, education, and disciplineand we practice these beliefs both in and outside of the dojo. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a holistic sport, in that it benefits you in more ways than just physical: it helps your mind collect itself and in turn, helps you live a better lifestyle.

Apart from our thoughtfully cultivated atmosphere, our pride lies also within our focus on teaching the proper techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. From the abstract principles to the fundamentals, to the most complex grappling and rolling methods, we take each student through the journey carefully and thoroughly. We want everyone to achieve their goals, and to be excellent in the sport, as well.
