We are a non profit karate/martial art/fitness club operating one night/week from 5-7pm on Thursdays in school terms only. We have been operating for over 15 years since 2008. Focus is on self defence and karate as well as fitness. School age teenagers and adults are welcome. The head instructor is a 4th Dan Black Belt with 25 years experience. He is also a bronze level coach with the AKF(Australian Karate Federation). His co-instructors are also 4th Dans with over 25 years experience. The club is friendly and welcoming and fun is the key, albeit while learning techniques to help with self defence. Cost is $5/hr. Insurance/year is approximately $28. The first couple fo lessons are on the house to see if we are what you are looking for.
