Learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Rouse Hill with coaches who have over 55 years of collective experience in coaching, practicing and competing in BJJ. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a proven effective martial art for self-defence, especially for someone who is physically smaller than the others.

Our kids classes are specially designed by Professor Kalil to ensure the safety of our students whilst learning in a fun and enriching environment.
