First 2 Strike Freestyle Martial Arts has been created by Head Instructor Vince Serra;

a mixed martial art without the competition pressure, focused on Self Defence,

and a tradition influenced by the Korean martial art of Tae Kwon Do.

It is NOT about one style. There are no rules. It is NOT static. It is NOT rigid.

Rather it is a relaxed, free flowing and dynamic training style that's ever evolving to incorporate concepts,

techniques and methods from many arts, for what is better for YOUR individual and personal style of Self-defence.
