A FOOTBALL TECHNIQUE DEVELOPENT PROGRAM

Located in Essendon, ITC Football is a school-term based program that provides professional coaching to complement club and elite team training. Its weekly sessions run during the Victorian state school term from February to December for a total of 40 weeks of the year.

If you are looking to progress your game to the next level, ITC offers an ideal environment for players to fast-track their development. ITC focuses its sessions to be small group based (one-on-one also available), allowing for more player/coach interaction and the ability to correct and improve a players technique in a more efficient manner. ITC is aimed at players of all experience levels, grouping its players accordingly.

Head coach and founder, Michael Curcija is a former Socceroo who represented Australia at the Sydney 2000 Olympics. His distinguished career began with an AIS scholarship and progressed to playing with the Young Socceroos at the U20 World Cup in 1997, two National Soccer League championships with South Melbourne, and time in Europe with professional teams in Serbia and Portugal.

Michael recognized a lack of technical based training programs that were modelled on the level of excellence he had experienced throughout his career. He also wanted a program that allowed players to express themselves in a relaxed and fun environment. Best of all, he wanted to create something local.

ITC Football believes that strong technical skills are needed before developing strong game skills. The ITC program provides advanced technical training, individual assistance, informative feedback and an opportunity to learn to master the ball. Above all, ITC Football provides what it takes to play creative and enjoyable football.

The ITC Methodology is based on the foundation that there are four key skills required by every player, regardless of position.
