Shaolin Martial Arts Centres Head Instructor Sifu Stuart Brooks has been teaching Martial Arts locally for 28 years.
We teach a traditional form of kung fu, San Shao kickboxing & Budo Ryu Kempo Karate.
We also run classes in stretching, acrobatics, weaponry, leadership and self defence.
We have a specialist program for children 3-4 years called Tiny Tigers
We also have a specialist program for 5-6 year olds called Lil' Dragons
