Raynor Massage and Energetic Healing releases tension and tightness to all allow more energetic flow. This is done on different levels from restriction in the musculoskeletal body to the subtle energetic body. By creating greater balance and harmony within the body, the body's innate healing response is naturally activated.
Personal life coaching facilitates transformation on many levels, Learning the process of conscious creation and programming old patterns, limiting beliefs and behaviours allow the individual to create deep meaningful change toward a life they love.
Chakradance is also a gentle yet powerful movement therapy using specific music to create deep healing and rebalancing of the body and soul. Workshops and classes are conducted in a safe sacred space, to allow the release of unconscious blocks and increase our sense of self-love and wholeness.
The services are all tailored to suit the unique needs of the individual, with the intention of being a catalyst for deep change in allowing someone to experience their highest potential.
