In a nutshell, we assist clients to get their lives back! We use Psychotherapy, TRTP Trauma Therapy; hypnosis and coaching techniques to do this.

Our Clients come from all backgrounds: mums, Dads; high-achieving sports stars; business owners; or "the man or woman" who lives next door to you!
These are people who are sick of being 'afraid'. Afraid of the future, can't plan for the future. Most have suffered trauma in the past
They want to do more, achieve more and are ready to move forward. They may be chasing a "dream", building a business or trying to overcome depression but the common denominator is they feel "stuck in a rut". They are looking for a solution!
